Key responsibilities:
Drive business strategy to achieve sales targets and expand current / new market opportunities / key Customers
Establish new and maintains customer relationships
Support marketing & business development activities aligned to the growth strategy for the segment and the region
Understand the market dynamics, gather insights and use this to achieve the market growth plans
Achieve EUR 1-2 M or more of Sales revenue annually in line with targeted growth margins
Key tasks:
Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdues
Manages a few key accounts directly
Develop distributor to achieve their target
Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales
Able to collaborate and work with other
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments
Able to use CRM
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work
Structured and customer centric approach
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
Education : Graduate in engineering background is preferred.
Experience : 2-5 years working experience in a Commercial role
Relevant B2B Sales Experience is preferred Fluency in English is plus
