Day in the Life of a Senior Hardware Engineer - Analog Design

Fluke Engineering in Poland is established and performing but still growing. We are involved in multiple New Product Introductions and Sustaining programs across Fluke’s wide portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join an engaged team and contribute to the development of the world’s most recognized measurement products.

As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be developing, improving, and maintaining electronics designs of Fluke meters, testers or calibrators. As part of a multi-functional project team, you will design and analyze critical analog circuits for customer applications. You will have opportunities to specialize in a subject area, but also may be exposed to many other technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Designing of analog electronics circuits for industrial measurement applications
  • Design Analysis including electronic simulation and error budget
  • Support of PCB layout design
  • Prototype testing, functional and performance verification
  • Working with suppliers and manufacturing partners
  • Technical leadership in projects

Your Team

You will be working with our cross functional engineering team in Wroclaw, Poland, as a key part of Fluke’s engineering organization. You will have a close working relationship with Fluke’s technical experts around the globe.

Experience

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics or similar
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in electronic hardware engineering with focus on precision analog measurements
  • Experience with embedded system architecture design, digital circuits and power supplies
  • Proficient in ECAD design tools, SPICE, Allegro Cadence is aplus
  • Hands-on experience in design for EMC
