Job description

Client Description: 

Our Client is building an Uber/Doordash for B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales.They solve a fundamental problem in sales - businesses need new customers, and there are hundreds of millions of people globally in business development/sales roles. All businesses everywhere rely on sales. Our client is the marketplace for that. 

Responsibilities:

  • Tasked to build prospect lists using tools such as Zoominfo, Apollo, to be loaded to the system for cold callers. 
  • Can also analyze data and assign new leads / lists to other callers. 
  • Support campaign operations by reviewing data on campaign performance, identifying actionable insights, and implementing adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in calculating commissions and compensation for callers based on performance metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to improve list quality and sales strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using prospecting tools similar to Zoominfo, Apollo, or other similar tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead assignment workflows.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in optimizing sales processes based on data insights.
