Position: Director, Digital Marketing (remote, with a significant preference for residence in the DFW Metroplex for availability for in-person meetings as needed)

The Opportunity:

This role is part of our effort to scale our in-house capabilities and deliver greater value through performance-driven digital marketing.

We are looking for a seasoned digital strategist and executor who can develop high-impact digital marketing strategies and execute campaigns across key digital channels such as paid search (PPC), display, paid social, and other evolving channel opportunities in the digital space. You will be responsible for defining  Limetree’s digital advertising offering and developing and managing campaigns that leverage Limetree’s data science and behavioral insights to drive performance and growth and provide valued differentiation vs traditional digital agencies.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to develop new digital channels while scaling existing ones. You’ll work closely with Limetree’s internal teams and external contractors to create integrated, data-driven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution and wants to be instrumental in shaping the future of Limetree’s digital marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute Limetree’s digital marketing strategy, expanding into new digital advertising channels while optimizing existing ones (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, analytics, strategy, accounts, creative, and behavioral science) to integrate data-driven insights into digital marketing campaigns and optimize channel performance.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, utilizing audience insights, personalization strategies, and A/B testing to drive growth.
  • Oversee creating and managing digital advertising tools, accounts, and contractor relationships, building the necessary infrastructure for successful campaigns.
  • Work directly with prospects and clients to communicate the value of Limetree’s performance-driven digital marketing solutions, demonstrating how digital channels integrate with broader marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that digital marketing efforts meet performance, revenue, and engagement goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, display, social media, programmatic).
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker), as well as the ability to coordinate with our existing Analytics and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of digital performance marketing focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and maximizing ROI.
  • Proven ability to develop new digital channels and scale existing ones, integrating them with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide growth. Preferably, you will have worked to create new approaches in those channels or have comfort in those kinds of opportunities.
  • Experience managing external contractors and freelancers or coordinating client-driven agencies when needed to support the execution and optimization of campaigns.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, able to present digital strategies and insights clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive digital marketing initiatives forward, focusing on overcoming challenges and executing strategies that deliver results.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across PPC, display, paid social, and programmatic platforms, emphasizing performance marketing and ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Compensation:
  • Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience, plus strong performance-based incentives tied to sales and growth targets.
