Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Only Community Manager to join our global team. The OCM will complement other staff members and departments and be the final backend role that will generate profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating our current content distribution channels and determining which to keep, remove, or add, based on current social trends.
  • Developing a bulletproof strategy for distributing our blogs across various platforms.
  • Growing Facebook Community group/s for the company / clients
  • Ensuring the timely and high-quality distribution of different assets across different platforms.
  • Creating and managing online communities on our clients' top social media platforms through communication campaigns aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Consistently engaging with various online communities through responding to comments and customer inquiries.
  • Building relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Organizing and participating in events to build community and boost brand awareness.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in social media communication management or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, online communities and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
