Scope of the Role : 

As Community Manager, you'll cultivate a vibrant community of mushroom enthusiasts and professionals by engaging across platforms, fostering discussions, and providing support. Your efforts will enhance our brand's reputation as a trusted resource and promote collaboration. You'll collaborate with marketing on sustainability-focused initiatives, ensuring inclusivity. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive environment for growers of all levels.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Manage and grow our online community across various platforms, including Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok, by creating engaging content and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor community conversations, address inquiries, and provide timely and helpful responses to community members, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - PLUS

- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. -REQUIRED

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with AI training and customer support is a plus.
