The Job:
The Associate Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of innovative and dynamic shopper activation strategy across our iconic brand portfolio in North America. This position will support the brand team in strategic and creative marketing solutions that help connect Lowe’s with brand portfolio and specific target audiences and drive brand awareness, consideration and Advocacy. This person will manage day to day project activities as well as drive the strategic choices that will enable the STANLEY Black & Decker brand portfolio to achieve its short- and long-term goals. The Associate Brand Manager will further be responsible for owning a project portfolio and managing deliverables with the cross-functional team. You will also:
- Support coordination and strategic partnership with multi-functional marketing team in development and implementation of plans with excellence
- Helps manage creative development process: Starts new jobs, develops creative briefs, reviews
- Ensure compliance of the brand standards and maintain consistency of all communication elements across marketing-based activities.
- Effectively work cross-functionally and build relationships with a number of internal teams, from product to research and to our channel/category and product team partners.
- Assist in the creation and execution of in-store activations including but not limited to, retail displays, signage, and POP.
- Assist in the execution of media and public relations activities in support of new product launches and brand campaigns.
- Support sales and channel teams for customer facing meetings and initiatives.
- Work with the research team to gain insight into how our user segments experience our brands and create solutions aligning to those segments.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field
- 1+ years in a marketing or brand role
- Hungry for data/analytics to dive deep into our end-user needs and problem solve.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge of digital marketing
- Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills, organizational and communication skills, and exceptional project management.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $49,500.00-$89,000.00 USD per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
