About The Role

As a Business Development Manager for Production & Content, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our business. Your main responsibility will be to bring in new business opportunities that align with our revenue goals. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the growth and success of our Production & Content department.

You're Good At

  • Building strong relationships: You excel at networking and forging connections that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking: You have a knack for identifying growth areas and developing plans to capitalize on them.
  • Sales expertise: You're a pro at pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication skills: Your ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively will be key in this role.

You Might Also Have

  • Experience in the production or content industry: Knowledge of the industry trends and dynamics will give you an edge.
  • Analytical skills: Being able to analyze data and market trends can help you make informed decisions.
  • Project management experience: Handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their success could be beneficial.
  • 5+ years minimum selling a mix of Production, Content, Event Management.
  • Agency sales expereince in production, content, events & incentives industries.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Business Development is between $85,000 - $125,000 base salary plus commissions. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
