Job description

Influx is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team.

This is a remote position where you will manage (either directly or through influence) a team globally, and report to our HR Director.

You will be leading our Recruiter Team Leaders and Recruiters; together you will be recruiting and developing employees all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle processes - Oversee processes from talent acquisition and onboarding to career development and offboarding.
  • Contribute to high-standard performance systems, ensuring clear employee growth pathways and aligned compensation.
  • Ensure recruitment processes meet high-quality standards.
  • Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a member of the leadership team.


What We’re Looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in HR and 3 years experience managing a team.
  • Familiarity with the customer service industry, especially BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
  • Possessing a Bachelor's degree is advantageous for this role.
  • Strong ability to make impactful decisions about people and organizational structures.
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and highly skilled in identifying talent.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong drive to go the extra mile and excels at systemizing processes.
