Sentara Health Plan is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist Remote
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Position Summary:
Provides Analytical and Finance support. Investigative. Optimizes mid-level/advanced SQL queries.
Facilitates and resolves issues and concerns related to deployed analytics solutions. This position supports customers by developing, modifying and maintaining ongoing analytics/reporting deliverables.
Serves as a subject matter expert for customer data, reports and metrics. Provides subject matter expert support & training on customer self-service toolsets.
Technical skills:
- Oracle SQL, Postgres, T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Java, Swift, Python
- HTML, XML, CSS
- Microsoft- Office, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Android and iOS Application Development
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years Data Analyst experience
- or in lieu of Bachelor's Degree, must have 4 years related experience in lieu of degree required.
Position Location: REMOTE
Position is available Remotely for residents of Virginia and North Carolina and of the following states:
- SWS will now include 27 states (New States in Bold): Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

For Maryland and Washington State Residents: $38.20/hr-$55.00/hr
