The International Benefits Administrator will provide administrative support to the Benefits team. This role will manage and administer employee benefits programs across EMEA, JAPAC and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.


This role is essential as it directly oversees vendor and invoice management across 32 countries, ensuring the seamless operation of a core function in the organization. By managing vendor relations and overseeing timely and accurate invoice processing, the role safeguards against potential disruptions that could significantly impact business continuity and cause disruption to employees.

This a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and can sit remotely in the UK or Ireland.

Must be well spoken in the English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations, including working with payroll to ensure benefits deductions are accurate and timely.
  • Responsible for onboarding new vendors and/or supporting the renewal of existing policies and schemes. This activity includes raising and managing all Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Manage invoices and payment tracker, including coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless payment process.
  • Support developing benefits guides, policies, and transactional procedures.
  • Support internal benefits audit processes.
  • Support and liaise with the internal stakeholders regarding benefits-related inquiries from employees across different countries and time zones.
  • Coordinate with international HR teams to ensure benefits operations are consistent and compliant with local legislation.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of reports and presentations.
  • Provide support for other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration in multiple countries.
  • Experience using spreadsheets and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in different regions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and regulations in different countries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in HR systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
