Role Overview:
As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing engaging and effective online courses for our clients worldwide. This contractor position involves working with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) to build courses that align with our unique teaching methodologies and the diverse needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, and digital content development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive online courses, incorporating current educational best practices and innovative digital tools.
Work closely with subject matter experts and the content team to ensure that course materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our mission.
Implement courses in various LMS platforms, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and user-friendliness.
Test and troubleshoot courses to guarantee a smooth user experience.
Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve course quality continually.
Manage multiple course projects from conception through completion within designated timelines.
Provide training and support materials for other team members on how to use and navigate the new courses.
