Job description

This role involves a blend of data science and engineering tasks, such as developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based solutions. The incumbent will leverage their expertise in AI, LLMs, and data science to create, optimize, and implement LLM models in real-world applications.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and refine LLM models to align with specific business needs
Integrate LLMs into applications using the latest tools and frameworks
Perform in-depth data analysis to derive insights and guide project direction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed LLM solutions into business operations
Develop and test LLM prompts or solutions to assess performance, effectiveness, hallucination, and stability
Ensure efficient deployment and maintenance of LLM models, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments
Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to improve LLM practices
Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies and processes
Share LLM expertise with the team and clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong Python programming proficiency
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs)
Deep understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and its variants
Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques and LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Solid grasp of similarity search algorithms and vector databases
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, evaluation metrics, and experiment tracking tools
Strong data science, software engineering, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and MLOps
