  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the success of product features and make data-driven decisions for future development. Manage key cost drivers for the product.

  • Identify data-driven recommendations that can enhance revenue performance for the product line and well as efficient cost and resource allocation.  Implement these improvements for increased profitability.

  • Customer Focus and Operations: Serve as primary contact for the day to day operations of the product line and cross-functional partners to deliver a great experience for students and customers. Play point for escalated issues and develop resolutions for any complex customer-facing scenarios. Act as the voice of the customer.
