As a Trainer & Knowledge Base Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our team’s growth and expertise, empowering agents, partners, and vendors with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.   • A strong background in customer support, training, or teaching

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard and upskill team members and partners
  • Manage and update our knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to translate updates into user-friendly training materials
  • Create a variety of support resources, from FAQs to troubleshooting guides, tailored to diverse audiences
  • Continuously improve training and knowledge materials through feedback and performance analysis
