Job Purpose
This role will support and execute people initiatives, processes and projects covering the full spectrum of HR generalist functions including: HR business partnering, organizational design, employee and labor relations, performance management, talent management and development. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Shall drive the employee performance and culture while ensuring that all people-related initiatives are in line with the policies and processes set by the company.
  • Shall work with the local HR Centre of Excellence and Talent Acquisition to advocate for the business needs in order to progress the company’s agenda.
  • Build a business case to support in conducting investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and present HR analytics that will support business success and transformation.
  • As the face of HR to business, drive the effective and efficient deployment of people solutions and experience, in partnership with Total Rewards, EE and Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage the annual talent assessment, performance and compensation review processes across the business in partnership with HR Strategy and Total Rewards.
  • In collaboration with Learning & Development, ensure that individual development and succession plans are executed.
  • Support the Head of People with the implementation of HR strategies, e.g. Future skills training; employee engagement, succession bench-strength, automation and analytics, and other HR transformation projects.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to managers on performance and conduct matters and own the full facilitation of employee and labor relations requirements.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, systems and processes.

  • Other Responsibilities
  • Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by the Employer in due course
  • Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Employer through its authorized representatives
  • Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Employer to any unauthorized person
  • Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by any representative of the Employer from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment

  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
