PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a dynamic and assertive Software Project Manager who can help maximize product delivery and support our software engineering teams.

You will drive clear and consistent processes and metrics across all software engineering teams and products by working and coordinating effectively with other departments and company leadership. This role reports to VP of Engineering.

Major duties and responsibilities include:
  • Leverage the SDLC to navigate adjustments for improved product delivery
  • Coordinate across departments (DevOps, Security, Product Management, etc.)
  • Manage releases and release calendars across multiple products
  • Produce and monitor KPIs to drive efficiencies within teams and across the organization
  • Facilitate key engineering meetings and communicate outcomes and actions

  • Other responsibilities:
  • Support engineering documents/reports such as headcount, SDLC process, licensing
  • Maintain and track open-source library information

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • University Degree in a relevant technical field; combination of experience and education may be substituted
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in the software industry (SaaS a plus)
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Scrum Master background (nice to have)
  • Expert with Jira
  • High level of professionalism
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Energy and sense of urgency
