JOB SUMMARY :

Our Sales Development Representative is an outbound appointment setting specialist who schedules consultation between sales staff and prospective clients and ensures quality leads are built in the sales pipeline. Initially a contract based role, we will consider turning it into a full time position based on the performance. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings with target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Conduct in-depth research to develop new and existing accounts through consistent outbound calling and strategic email outreach
  • Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services to articulate how we can support clients in achieving their revenue goals sustainably
  • Use effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Build rapport and connect with each prospect. Use consultative selling approach
  • Keeping a detailed log of messages & conversation on CRM, including those which were not answered
  • Follow-up with qualified contacts that did not book appointments


KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
  • Top notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills 
  • Attention to detail/Conscientiousness
  • Persuasive and results-oriented
  • A positive attitude , professional and courteous disposition
  • Ability to show oneself, communicate, and persuade decision-makers at all organizational levels
  • Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM
  • Experience and willingness with working in a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills
