Responsibilities
  • Spearhead a major photo organization project across multiple cloud platforms (Apple, Google, Verizon)
  • Curate and refine photo collections by removing duplicates and low-quality images
  • Develop and implement an intuitive album structure for easy photo retrieval
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the client and their partner, ensuring smooth journeys
  • Manage personal finances by handling bill payments and tracking expenses
  • Schedule and manage appointments, keeping the client’s calendar optimized
  • Review and polish professional presentations and documents
  • Organize digital files and folders to boost overall productivity
  • Tackle ad-hoc administrative tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency


Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in cloud storage platforms, particularly Apple Cloud and Google Cloud
  • Experience in digital asset management, especially large-scale photo collections
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
  • Proven experience in travel planning and appointment scheduling
  • Sharp proofreading and editing skills
  • Flexibility to work at least 20 hours per week on a part-time basis
