Job description

Your mission
  • Task Management: Handle a wide range of personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO, including shopping, placing orders, and running errands.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, such as booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Scheduling & Appointments: Organize appointments for the CEO, including meetings with banks, hospitals, and other service providers.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with email management, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
  • Vendor Communication: Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure timely task completion.
Your profile
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant.
  • Languages: Fluent in Ukrainian, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken).
  • Skills:
    • Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Ability to creatively solve problems and find innovative ways to achieve goals.
    • Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
    • Highly Organized: Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
    • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
