Your mission
- Task Management: Handle a wide range of personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO, including shopping, placing orders, and running errands.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, such as booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Organize appointments for the CEO, including meetings with banks, hospitals, and other service providers.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with email management, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
- Vendor Communication: Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure timely task completion.
