Collins Aerospace Digital Technology is focused on driving innovation and operational excellence and are seeking a motivated Manager, Business Systems & Transformation. This role will be the technical lead for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategic initiative to create a One Collins CLM with the Icertis application across the Strategic Business Units and Legal, Contracts and Compliance Function. This individual will be a certified Icertis developer and Systems Administrator with 5+ years’ experience working on CLM platforms.

** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **

What YOU will do:

  • Design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex Icertis application components and integrate software and programs within the Icertis environment to ensure alignment with architectural and compliance standards and guidelines.

  • Leads overall design, delivery and performance of the components of the implementation process and application deployment.

  • Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in requirements capture, functional and user acceptance testing and system configuration.

  • Design and support complex integrations with Icertis application.

  • Participates in application software release updates including reviewing impact to Collins environment, assessment of new features, and testing new features/updates.

  • Knowledge sharing and coaching the CLM team and business stakeholders as necessary.

  • Participation in executing and improving the continuous improvement process for Icertis.

  • Participate in scrum activities for user stories, grooming, sprint planning with product owners, quality assurance and scrum master.

  • Support the Test Lead and testing activities (test plan / test creation).

  • Assist in creating the long-term operating model and strategic product roadmap for CLM application including future enhancements and sustainment activities.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

  • Basic Oracle and SQL database knowledge.

  • 3 years minimum, hands-on experience in configuration and support of enterprise applications.

  • Certified ICI (Icertis) Practitioner (Please provide certification numbers upon application).

  • 5+ years of experience with Icertis.

  • Agile framework.

  • Understanding of business contract areas like contract types, templates, clauses, amendments, associations, attributes, and master data.

  • Experience building and training Icertis Artificial Intelligence (AI) modules including Negotiate AI, Discover AI and Obligations Management.

  • Keeps informed of new Icertis functionality and provides recommendations for improvements.

  • Experience working in Implementations, Upgrades, Releases and Production support projects.

  • Adherence to Technical and Cybersecurity policies, procedures, and framework.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry.

  • Required technical expertise: Icertis, SharePoint Online.

  • DevOps and version-controlled solutions including but not limited to AzureDevOps and Microsoft O365 products.

  • Experience with web API.

  • Demonstrated ability to pick up unfamiliar technology with ease.

  • Effective communication in technical to business alignments.

  • A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Icertis technical requirements.

  • Works autonomously with limited oversight from the manager.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
