Job description

Position Overview:

As the Nearshore Salesforce Principal Architect / Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in

shaping the technical direction and success of our Salesforce projects. You will be responsible

for leading and managing a dedicated team of skilled Salesforce developers located in a

nearshore location. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, design best practices, and team

leadership will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed our clients'

expectations.


Technical Leadership:

 Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership to the nearshore Salesforce

development team.

 Define and implement best practices for Salesforce design, development, and

integration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

 Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements

and translate them into effective technical solutions.


Team Management:

 Lead, mentor, and guide a nearshore team of Salesforce developers, fostering a

collaborative and productive work environment.

 Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to

ensure individual and team growth.

 Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and project assignments to

maximize team efficiency and project success.


Project Delivery:

 Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement analysis and design to

development and deployment.

 Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality

standards.

 Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to address any project-

related challenges and risks.


Technical Excellence:

 Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and industry best

practices.

 Provide expert guidance on solution design, data modeling, and integration strategies.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of

development workflows.

Requirements

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

field.

 Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified

Application Architect, or equivalent.

 Proven experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect, leading and designing complex

Salesforce solutions.

 Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns.

 Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading

remote and nearshore development teams.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders,

and internal teams.

 Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

 Prior experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.


Location:

 This is a remote position with the possibility of occasional travel to client sites as required.
