The role you’ll play

We are looking for a Tech Lead who can combine hands-on coding with technical leadership. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time actively contributing to the codebase while also overseeing the technical direction of projects. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and driving the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a balance of strong technical skills and leadership, as you will mentor the team, review code, and collaborate on architectural decisions.

A new exciting project is coming within our Finance ecosystem where we have to integrate a new Commercial Portal solution and you will be responsible of leading and developing all services and code to make this happen.

The team you’ll be a part of

You will join Platform Finance Services, which is about to start a greenfield project to build our new Commercial Portal, a tool used by our sales department as well as our customers to manage licenses, subscriptions, pricing, etc.

The also owns the integrations betweren our products/services and our backoffice systems (CRM, ERP, CPQ, etc).

We are small team at the moment, with the perspective to grow next year. You will work closely with other product teams and well as finance and sales teams in a distributed and international setup while reporting directly to our Platform Finance Services Director

  • Building scalable solutions with a focus on front end + backend technologies, APIs, integrations & cloud.
  • Working closely with our Product Owners to ensure business expectations are met, and we deliver solutions that work in real life.
  • Ensuring your code is well documented and supported by automatic testing.
  • Contributing actively to the code base and owning the full SDLC.

  • You have build a high-performing team following solid engineering processes and delivering constant value.
  • Our new Commercial Portal is in production as our new Quote to Cash solution

What you’ll need to bring

  • Team player, able to motivate and engage with your peers. People like you – not only for your skills
  • Proven experience with the development of complex software solutions (5 years or more)
  • Proven experience with design & coding of REST APIs, database solutions and microservices in C# (5 years or more)
  • Proven coding skills with JavaScript and/or Typescript in a frontend context. Experience with common frontend frameworks like Vue, Angular or React
