We are looking for a passionate new team member who will work on Prysmian organization evolution and effectiveness, aiming at pursuing the “Connect to Lead” new strategic objectives.
As part of the group organization team, the successful candidate will be responsible to deploy organization projects, monitor and maintain organization structures within Prysmian in collaboration with the business teams.
The role requires a travel time of 30% of total time and the work arrangement is hybrid (8 days per month of remote working)
What are the key challenges for this role
- involvement in the design and implementation of organization projects and analysis, while participating in the identification of areas of structure rightsizing
- cooperation with business, regions and functions to define and implement effective solutions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness
- actively participate in the position grading process according to group methodology, ensuring proper alignment and consistency within the organization
- leading timely and accurate organization announcements, to ensure proper communication of organization appointments
- contributing to the continuous improvement of organization processes and systems
- further develop the HR system (Workday HCM) with latest technological trends and best practices, ensuring system update and data quality
Essential Skills and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Economics/Engineering
- Experience of 2-3 years in similar position
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- English fluency is required, additional languages are considered a plus
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency is required (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Workday HCM knowledge and experience is considered a plus
