Position: Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the analysis of recruitment data, including but not limited to applicant tracking system (ATS) data, hiring metrics, and candidate feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment campaigns and events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent management.
