Homelifts Manager - North - £46,000 per annum + On Call Allowance

Are you a passionate and experienced Field Service Manager based in or around Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield areas and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing company?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-orientated Field Service Manager (North) to join our national homelifts team.  As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our team of talented field engineers, managing the day-to-day installation and service of our award winning Stiltz Homelifts.

You will also be working closely with our National Homelifts Manager to drive innovation, improve processes whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

What you'll do:

As our Homelifts Manager (North), you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented field based service/installation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage engineer rotas, training and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with our National Homelifts Manager to implement innovative strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all installations and services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving promptly and effectively, fostering positive relationships. 
  • Adherence ensuring all field activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety, ISO and industry standards.

What you'll need:

  • A strong technical background, technically qualified and experienced in electrical /mechanical engineering.
  • IOSH Certification
  • NVQ in lift maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a field based management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility - this role will be field based, you will be able to work flexible hours and occasional stay aways from home.
