Minimum of 2.5 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in using Go High Level CRM or similar platforms. Basic graphic design skills, particularly using Canva. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Core responsibilities:

Compile and format comprehensive reports for internal and client use, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes, highlighting key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks. Perform a variety of administrative duties, including email management, calendar scheduling, and document organization. Assist with data entry, file management, and other tasks as needed to support the team. Manage and maintain the Go High Level CRM, including data entry, updating client records, and tracking interactions. Assist with the setup and management of marketing campaigns, automations, and client communications within the CRM. Design and create simple marketing assets using Canva, such as social media posts, banners, and promotional materials. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Post marketing assets and content according to established SOPs across various digital platforms, including social media and email marketing. Monitor content performance and report on key metrics and insights.
