Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Part-time

Company Overview:
Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Rep on a part-time basis. The candidate will be expected to work US hours and should be available for meetings during US Eastern Hours. 

This role is ideal for someone who has prior sales experience, has strong communication skills and has a passion for client outreach.

Role Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in generating new leads, reaching out to potential clients, and tracking key performance metrics. This role requires excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as an understanding of the technical aspects of our services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a lead list of potential clients and target contacts.
  • Send outbound messages (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage prospects and initiate conversations.
  • Track KPIs and report on key performance metrics to assess the success of outreach efforts.
  • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our services to prospective clients.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and qualifying leads.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ year of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Prior experience with sales on Upwork and/or LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and understand the technical aspects of no-code/low-code development services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and KPI tracking.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
  • Previous experience with lead generation and outbound messaging is a plus.
