Job Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing activation team at Adapt. If you’re passionate about driving growth for a portfolio of local and global brands, this is the role for you. This role will focus performance and strategic implementation across Search and other digital channels.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Advertising activity, working towards set performance targets and ensuring campaign implementation is in line with agency best practice, driving success for the client.

This role requires performance and optimisation skills, the ability to deliver and add value to clients, as well as a willingness to learn new channels and skills to grow.


Main Duties
  • Building campaigns across multiple paid media platforms by working with the wider client teams and Account Manager
  • Optimising paid media campaigns toward client goals
  • Reporting on campaign results against customer goals on a weekly basis
  • Attend appropriate calls/meetings with clients
  • Begin to add value to the planning and delivery of paid media work by identifying opportunities for performance improvements
  • Carry out accurate implementation work as agreed with mid and senior team members
  • Ability to correctly pace and manage budgets for active digital campaigns
  • Able to confidently build campaigns across paid media platforms
  • Understand standard best practice set up requirements across multiple paid media platforms
  • Able to interpret data, comfortable with numbers and Excel
  • Bring ideas and knowledge to the agency on how we can grow and improve our offerings and work for clients
  • Pass all relevant media certification

  • Requirements
  • Ideally 6 months – 1 year experience running paid media campaigns
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads/SA360/Microsoft Ads/Facebook Ads Manager/LinkedIn Ads
  • Comfortable with numbers and Excel
  • Ambitious, driven, and passionate about all things digital
  • Comfortable building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication internally
  • Basic quality assurance of their own work
  • Can work logically through a problem specific to their job role
