ISD Lead / Program Manager. The ISD Lead shall be responsible for supporting the standardization and quality assurance of the coordination and completion of Tri-Service training products/programs. 



Degree/Certification/Years of Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree in education, instruction technology, or similar field with a minimum 6 years of experience executing the full life cycle of the ISD process; or, in lieu of the education requirement, a minimum 10 years of experience executing the full life cycle of the ISD process.
