Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Bidding: Actively participate in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other similar sites to secure new projects and clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clients.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in online bidding, business development, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of online bidding platforms.
