JOB SUMMARY
The Grant Officer – Community Health is responsible for directing and coordinating the process for government and private grant submissions, which support short and long-term strategic plan priorities for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) community health efforts. This individual works in collaboration with program and department leadership, the Grant Officer performs research to identify likely grants sources, collaborates with MCRI Sponsored Programs to write and complete grant submissions, collaborates with MCHS/MCRI finance in post-award operations, conducts regular financial and work plan reviews with project leads, and coordinates the annual reporting for all executed grant contracts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in business, communication, community health, or some related field.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Three years of grant management experience.
