Job Overview:

As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the account management team, assisting in the coordination and execution of digital marketing projects. You will serve as a primary point of communication for clients, ensuring their needs are met while helping to manage timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and serve as a key point of contact for communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule project timelines, meetings, and deliverables among internal teams and clients.
  • Support the Account Manager in creating strategic digital marketing plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and report any potential issues to ensure timelines are adhered to.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research to support digital marketing strategies and recommendations.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects and client communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
