Job description

seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to work remotely with our healthcare industry team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling other financial tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accounting ledgers
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze data
  • Support other financial tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Must be a certified E Kettering or health care professional with experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
