Job Description

As an Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s business expansion. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills, you’ll engage with property managers and commercial clients across New Zealand, generating leads and setting appointments for high-value services. You’ll manage a substantial database of contacts, leveraging CRM tools to nurture relationships and create sales opportunities. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to showcase your sales expertise while contributing to the company’s success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to property managers and commercial building owners
  • Manage and optimize lead information in HubSpot CRM
  • Execute cold email campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the business owner
  • Follow up on leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients
  • Provide regular performance updates and contribute to refining sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to achieve growth targets

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers confidently
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the building and house washing industry
  • Comfortable working New Zealand business hours (9 AM to 6 PM NZT)
  • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
