Your Job

As an Account Manager within the Publisher Partnerships team, you will be at the forefront of Sparteo’s revenue growth and partner success in the CTV and SSP markets. You’ll deepen strategic relationships, drive optimization efforts, and ensure publishers are maximizing the value of Sparteo’s solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams and publishers to align on business goals, track performance, and proactively enhance engagement.

Partnership Development & Growth

  • Cultivate and strengthen publisher partnerships by identifying and pursuing joint growth opportunities.
  • Support strategic account reviews, engage in client meetings, and use Sparteo’s CRM insights to provide recommendations on revenue optimization.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels with publishers, ensuring alignment on strategy, goals, and progress.

Onboarding & Solution Integration

  • Guide new publishers through the onboarding process, focusing on smooth integration of Sparteo’s CTV and SSP offerings.
  • Provide hands-on training and detailed product support to help publishers maximize their revenue and partnership potential.

Commercial Strategy & Market Insights

  • Actively track and analyze publisher performance metrics, using data to refine approaches and improve partner engagement.
  • Participate in market research and identify trends within the CTV and programmatic advertising space, using this knowledge to adjust strategies.

Operational Efficiency & Reporting

  • Support streamlined workflows by documenting processes and providing feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Use data insights from CRM and performance reports to assess and report on key metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous growth.


Your profile for this job
  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within AdTech, digital advertising, or programmatic sectors, with expertise in CTV and SSP.
  • Knowledge of publisher needs and digital advertising trends, including programmatic, video, and display advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment that values initiative, collaboration, and innovation.
