  • User Research: Conducting user research and behavior analysis with web/product analytics tools (Pendo).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders to align business goals and user needs into actionable requirements.
  • Product and Marketing collaboration: Align on adoption objectives to ensure product design is in support of those objectives
  • Engineering Handoff: Delivering designs and requirements to engineering via Jira tickets, in coordination with product specs.

  • About You And What Skills You’ll Need:
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital product design, UX/UI design, or web design, with a strong focus on user-centered design and experience optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics and Pendo) and skilled with design platforms (Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD or similar for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity markups); well-versed in design principles (layout, typography, prototyping, creating high-fidelity markups), and experience in user research and usability testing for data-driven products.
  • Core Competencies: You have a deep understanding of user experience design, design thinking, and human-centered principles, with strong problem-solving skills focused on usability and performance.
