Data Strategy ManagerOverview

This Data Strategy Manager reports to the Analytics & AI Director, leading the execution of AI products and guiding data scientists and analysts. They collaborate with business teams across our client on initiatives like Customer Experience transformation, Segment-of-one marketing, Value-based network roll-out, and Strategic workforce intelligence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive AI product execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Define team objectives and the rationale behind them.
  • Identify and prioritize data-driven business problems with leaders.
  • Ensure alignment and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Inspire and broaden business teams' perspectives on data possibilities.
  • Optimize data resource investment for maximum benefit.

Requirements
Profile
  • Strong business and leadership skills..
  • Ability to use data to drive business, strong storytelling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Capable of leading a data team and collaborating with business units.
  • Background in management consulting is a plus.
  • Agile mindset with experience in organizational change.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
