Training Program & Workflow Automation Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Training Program & Workflow Automation Associate to manage and enhance our training programs and recruitment workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LearnDash (LMS) configuration, optimization, and integration, as well as proficiency in Zoho Recruit automation and WordPress. They should be comfortable with both technical and creative aspects, including video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and course content creation (text, video, quizzes).

This role requires someone who can balance technical know-how with creative vision, working seamlessly across training development, recruitment automation, and video production to improve both the learner experience and operational efficiency.

• Architecting and implementing LearnDash configurations to meet our specific training program needs.
  
• Optimizing platform performance and scalability to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality online learning experiences.
  
• Building custom functionality through plugins, integrations, and extensions to create bespoke LearnDash experiences.
  
• Integrating LearnDash with third-party technologies like marketing tools, payment gateways, and other learning platforms.
  
• Implementing robust security measures to protect learner data and maintain the platform's stability.
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to LearnDash, WordPress, and any related plugins.
  
• Creating clear and comprehensive documentation for all custom configurations and processes.
  
• Staying up to date with the latest LearnDash features, updates, and security best practices
  
• Proficiently use industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  
• Handle various video formats and audio files with ease.
  
• Apply colour correction, grading, and audio editing techniques to enhance video quality.
  
• Implement visual effects and motion graphics to elevate the narrative.
  
• Ensure videos adhere to technical specifications for different platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube).
  
• Collaborate with filmmakers, producers, and other creatives to understand the video's vision and message.
  
• Analyse raw footage and select the best shots to craft a coherent and engaging narrative.
  
• Employ pacing, rhythm, and transitions to create a dynamic and impactful video experience.
  
• Add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the emotional impact of the video.
  
• Work within brand guidelines and ensure the video aligns with our company's voice and style.
  

 Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide feedback.
  
• Work collaboratively with the team to revise and iterate on video edits until achieving optimal results.
  
• Present edited videos and explain creative decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Create high-quality course content in various formats (text, video, quizzes, assignments).
  
• Implement drip-feed content strategy and manage user access and course progress.
  
• Analyse learner data and feedback to refine and improve training programs.

Zoho Recruit Automation Requirements

• Implement automated workflows for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates in Zoho Recruit.
  
• Design and implement automated workflows using Zoho Recruit's built-in automation features and custom scripting.
  
• Configure approval processes, candidate communication triggers, and data transfer between other systems.
  
• Develop custom fields, reports, and dashboards to track key metrics and optimize workflows.
  
• Automate source-to-hire steps like job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter generation.
  
• Implement automated candidate engagement strategies through personalized emails, feedback notifications, and status updates.
  
• Set up automated tasks for recruiters, like candidate tagging, scorecard updates, and progress tracking.
  
• Analyse recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for further automation.
  
• Monitor automation performance and refine workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Present data insights and recommendations to improve the overall recruitment process.
  
• Configure email triggers, interview scheduling, and offer generation sequences.
  
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics and optimize workflows.

• Automate data transfer between platforms for improved reporting and tracking.
  
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and training leads to define program objectives and automation needs.
  
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and training goals to diverse stakeholders.
