Job Description

The Operations Coordinator will work with the staff of CLEAResult Nashville residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including responding to inquiries from customers and trade allies, scheduling evaluations and inspections with customers, and other duties as assigned.

This position will have tasks ranging from supporting internal teams, contractors, and customers; direct program support via phone and email; data entry and reporting; verifying and organizing documentation; and working collaboratively with a diverse program team to meet program goals. Additionally, you will assist with tracking accounts and projects across multiple systems, reporting on them, and determining deficient information.

  • Highly organized with close attention to detail
  • Overseeing projects and communicating between teams to ensure timely completion
  • Provide excellent customer service in all communications. 
  • Reviewing project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Entering, modifying, and tracking data via multiple web-based applications
  • Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues
  • In-depth knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • MS Excel skills required
  • Willing and eager learner
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience troubleshooting problems, finding and implementing solutions

2-4 years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
 

Key Responsibilities:

- 65%: Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence. Payment processing. Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
- 5%: Exporting predesigned reports
- 20%: Staff meetings and other program support
- 10%: Special projects
