Responsibilities.

  • Manage the onboarding of new customers through remote Zoom group training and 1-on-1 sessions and walk through  setup, configuration, and best practices,  ensuring successful achievement of initial value
  • Support existing customers in need of additional adoption support in partnership with the Partner Success Management team
  • Throughout the onboarding process, ensure customers are  engaged with the platform, provide product updates, and guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on the post onboarding hand off, ongoing adoption, and assisting with at risk customers to avoid churn.
  • Liaise with the support team if any technical issues or limitations arise during the onboarding process. 
  • Provide updates around adoption progress or challenges experienced within our internal tools so our entire customer facing teams are informed
  • Support the development of new and improved services offerings that will drive greater product adoption 
  • Have a flexible schedule on rotating days to allow flexibility to our customer base in other parts of the world (UK, AUS).


Qualifications.

  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication ability (you need to be fluent and highly proficient in English).
  • Dedicated to great customer service.
  • Adaptive and have no problem constantly learning about a changing technical product, even when it’s a little out of your depth.
  • Are creative, collaborative, optimistic, communicative, intellectually curious, and clever.
  • Able to quickly iterate and improve as a perpetual learner and teacher.
  • Have a strong sense of time management.
  • Pay incredible attention to detail.
  • Have a proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work rapidly in time-critical situations.
  • Ability to build rapport with our partners.
  • A strong desire for continued professional growth.
  • Previous experience working at a SaaS company or within a Customer Success team is a strong asset.
