Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer - LCP located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Process Engineering, the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Understand the manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes.
  • Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
  • Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
  • Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies
  • Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with BGA electronic cards.
  • Reduction of Bone Pile.
  • Interface Thermistor Analysis/Thermoire.
  • Strong Knowledge in SMT.
  • Knowledge in Fixture Designs.
  • Advanced English.
  • Process Development.
  • Liquid Cooing- Process Engineering
