What You Will Do:
We are seeking an ITSM Process Engineer with expertise in IRM for a short-term, high-impact implementation project. This role will focus on optimizing and embedding IT service management processes with a robust risk management approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the short-term implementation and integration of ITSM and IRM processes to meet business needs.
• Analyze current IT service and risk management frameworks, identifying and executing improvements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful design, testing, and rollout of updated processes.
• Configure ITSM tools to align with newly defined processes and automate key workflows.
• Support training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure a smooth handover post-implementation.
• Create and update process documentation, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
• Provide expert guidance to align IT services with organizational risk management policies.
• Assist in addressing challenges and mitigating potential risks during the implementation phase.
Role Summary:
As an ITSM Process Engineer focusing on a short-term implementation, you will bring your expertise in IT service and risk management to execute a targeted 10-15 week project, with the potential for extension. You will drive improvements and integration, ensuring processes are not only efficient but also compliant and sustainable.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in IT service and risk management implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and IRM best practices.
• Proven experience in short-term project execution and process optimization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and training skills for guiding stakeholders through process changes.
• Ability to independently lead cross-functional projects and manage international team interactions.
• Background in life sciences compliance and regulatory standards is an advantage.
