Job description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Process Engineer within our EPAM WPM (Workforce planning & management) team.

This special non-IT role focuses on designing, aligning, and maintaining processes specifically for workforce planning and management. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proactive mindset and strong systems thinking to align and document multiple related processes and programs optimally.

Responsibilities


  • Design, document, and align processes for staffing programs and streams
  • Maintain process alignment and ensure documentation is always current
  • Analyze existing WPM programs and ensure their alignment with other programs
  • Ensure processes are properly reflected in staffing tools and make improvements as needed
  • Serve as an expert in non-IT process engineering within the WPM team


Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years experience in process assessment, design, visualization, and description
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining cross-company processes and relationships
  • Skills in working with data, key staffing metrics, and analyzing issues based on analytics and trends
  • Proficiency in documenting process descriptions in English, ensuring they are engaging and clear
  • Experience in conducting interviews, surveys, and other research activities
  • Capability to organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and educational sessions for audiences over 70 participants
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1+ level)
