Job description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Process Engineer within our EPAM WPM (Workforce planning & management) team.

This special non-IT role focuses on designing, aligning, and maintaining processes specifically for workforce planning and management. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proactive mindset and strong systems thinking to align and document multiple related processes and programs optimally.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and align processes for staffing programs and streams
Maintain process alignment and ensure documentation is always current
Analyze existing WPM programs and ensure their alignment with other programs
Ensure processes are properly reflected in staffing tools and make improvements as needed
Serve as an expert in non-IT process engineering within the WPM team

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in process assessment, design, visualization, and description
Proven experience in developing and maintaining cross-company processes and relationships
Skills in working with data, key staffing metrics, and analyzing issues based on analytics and trends
Proficiency in documenting process descriptions in English, ensuring they are engaging and clear
Experience in conducting interviews, surveys, and other research activities
Capability to organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and educational sessions for audiences over 70 participants
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1+ level)
