Hello👋I am Willian, Customer Success Lead at Kayzen, and I am now looking for a Principal Programmatic Trader to join our team 🙌

In this role, you will be responsible for improving campaign performance, scaling and offering clients hands-off approach freeing their internal resources.

The Team

The Trading Desk team is responsible for creating growth through the management and optimization of mobile performance advertising campaigns for clients utilizing the managed service offering. The goal of the team is to deliver on the client's objectives through established or new trading best practices and communicate account status regularly and effectively with their CSM counterparts.

The Role

As our Principal Trader, your primary focus will be to:

  1. Fully comprehend advertiser marketing needs and craft educated campaign analysis to improve performance & scale
  2. Provide actionable insights on both successful and unsuccessful campaigns to guide Product, CSM and Sales teams.
  3. Act as a multiplier by building systems, authoring tools, or introducing frameworks and processes that raise the level of productivity of the Trading team.
  4. Take responsibility for creating the foundations of the Trading team campaign management, practices
  5. Finding opportunities for growth within existing accounts and taking ownership of championing new ideas internally.

Since I am based in Argentina and other key product and customer success team members are located mostly across EMEA and India, we are open to a remote setup of this position. For optimal overlap with customers’ time zones and internal teams your main working location should preferably be close to the CET time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and own execution of comprehensive campaign strategies, combining deep understanding of the advertiser goals and strong data analysis for a handful of key clients, independently. 
  • Campaign fulfillment including trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
  • Advanced Analytics
  • Work closely with the CSM team to develop trading strategies based on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Brainstorm and test new creative variations alongside the Creative Solutions team.
  • Collaborate with Supply to ensure campaign success.
  • Work rapidly with product support to identify and resolve issues affecting client spend and performance. 

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience of programmatic or mobile ad buying in performance channels and client engagement and handling clients.
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and over-communication.
  • Proficient in logical, hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Detail-oriented, process driven, structured approach to problem-solving 
  • Demonstrated ability to make fast, strategic decisions based on educated assumptions and data insights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
