Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic New Business Account Manager to join our media services team, to help grow our portfolio of clients. As a Media New Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and converting internal leads to drive new business opportunities within the media sector. This position is perfect for a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for relationship-building and a keen understanding of media solutions. You will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting customized media solutions to drive growth.

**Please note this role will be based in London with hybrid remote working schedule

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
  • Lead Conversion: Engage and develop relationships with internal leads, moving them through the sales pipeline to convert them into clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify opportunities within our existing lead pool, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and tailored approach for each client.
  • Media Solutions Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our media offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on media trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and media teams to ensure a cohesive strategy in lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead engagement, pipeline movement, and new client acquisition, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or media sales role, with a strong track record of lead conversion.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
