The salary for this role is £50,000 – £55,000.

As an Azure Integration Engineer at LI, you will begin your workday with an examination of system health dashboards, promptly addressing any service-related issues that necessitate immediate intervention to uphold system uptime.

As the day progresses, you will collaborate with development teams to refine CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high code quality and efficient builds, testing, and deployments.

You will also manage Azure B2C identity flows and API Management (APIM) configurations to ensure secure and seamless integration. Later in the day, your focus shifts to security, performing vulnerability assessments with Defender for Cloud, SonarCloud and Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP). In the late afternoon, you resolve support tickets, review system performance, and prepare for upcoming deployments or projects.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Break-Fix Support: Providing timely and efficient break-fix support to resolve system issues and minimising downtime in line with Service Level Agreements including out of hours.
  • Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance: Monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity, performing infrastructure and code optimization to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Providing 3rd line support for the Azure customer identity and integration services and address escalated issues while coordinating with internal teams to maintain service uptime.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Incident Response: Implementing real-time monitoring tools for applications and under lying infrastructure.
  • Setting up proactive alerts and develop incident response procedures to identify, respond to, and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Monitoring system health and providing timely feedback on performance and potential risks to service availability.
  • Security Hardening: Conducting regular vulnerability assessments, enforce security policies, and ensure patching and system hardening measures are applied.
  • Adhering to corporate Information Security Policies, Azure Security Benchmark, and CIS controls.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Supporting development teams with technical guidance, ensuring robust and secure applications or services.
  • Collaborating on new projects and enhancements to ensure customer identity and integration requirements are met

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Ability to manage requests from multiple sources and prioritise workload to enable efficient delivery of tasks in a timely manner
  • Experience in providing high-quality break-fix support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to monitor and maintain complex cloud-based systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Experience in creating and configuring applications in Azure
  • Knowledge of claims providers and technical profiles in B2C.
  • Ability to create complex and customised user flows based on requirements
Technical Skills Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • OpenID, OAuth2.0 & SAML2.0: Knowledge of identity and access protocols.
  • UX/UI Customization in AD B2C User Flows: Ability to customize user experience flows.
  • Experience in creating and customizing user flows in Azure AD B2C.
  • Strong understanding of user management and custom attributes in Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience with APIM, including security and cloud-to-cloud integration.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Azure Functions, Web Apps, and C# programming.
  • Experience in user administration, group assignment, and role management in the Azure AD B2C portal.
  • Proficiency in using Azure Blob storage, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
  • Expertise in building and automating CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery from development to production in Azure DevOps.
  • Experience of managing Azure subscriptions and Azure resources efficiently and expertise in managing customer identity using Azure AD B2C.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and deploying SonarCloud and Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP) in a CI/CD pipeline for code quality and security scanning.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and MSAL for managing identities.
  • Understanding of SSL certificates and security best practices.
  • Experience in implementing custom policies using the Identity Experience Framework in Azure AD B2C.
