Reviewing and filtering applications
Sourcing high quality candidates
Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
Organising interviews and processes
All the above with a sprinkle of HR

Requirements

Experience recruiting within Web3
3 years experience in a recruitment role
Experience filling technical roles
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
Solid work-ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment
Low ego, love to collaborate, open minded and great vibes
