YOUR MISSION AS CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER 

Your scope as Customer Success Manager :
As part of the Revenue team, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for the support of our clients to make the most out of the Kolsquare solution and finding the best way to increase value and revenues. 

Your job will consist of :
- Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations) 
- Retaining and developing the customers portfolio 
- Preventing Churn 
- Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
- Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
- Sending commercial proposals
- Reaching monthly targets of retention and sales growth
- Being a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams

This job is tailored for you if : 
- You have a proven experience in Customer Success Management
- You have strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive and independent
- You have a strong attention to details, and are able to identify and anticipate problems
- You have good knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to deal with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing
- You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing.
- You are fluent in English and native german speaker
