Description

SUMMARY

The Education Ecosystems and Partnerships Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in AMPP’s organizational transformation to a market-driven model by designing and fostering a robust and empowering user community that fosters growth and collectively advances our organizational mission. They will oversee the identification, selection, onboarding, and development of third-party instructors, licensees, and educational partners and hosts to support and expand AMPP’s learning ecosystem. This role is integral to building and maintaining robust relationships with external educational collaborators, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, quality standards, and market needs. The Manager will serve as the primary liaison, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to maximize partner effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the educational landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, results-oriented approach with strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills in a global setting.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Utilize a customer journey approach to steer the cross-functional (Legal, Education Operations, Marketing, Strategic Geographies and Emerging Industries) design of new processes that fully support Education Ecosystem Partners through all phases of the Partnership lifecycle: Exploration, Commitment, Proficiency, and Performance.
  • Transition AMPP Education Ecosystems & Partnerships to a robust user community model, creating an atmosphere in which members of the ecosystem share insights, best practices, and success stories across the network to drive continuous improvement and business growth, as well engage in opportunities to partner with AMPP around innovation surrounding Education products.
  • Design and implement the creation and maintenance of Education Ecosystems & Partnership Enablement KPIs, implementing these in the form of self-service dashboards, and reports, where appropriate, enabling agile and informed critical decisions by internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Education Portfolio Managers, Education Operations Sr. Manager, and associated Market Leads to identify and research new Education markets with a focus on scalability and alignment with AMPP’s strategic objectives and to create forward-looking development plans to address current and future market needs.
  • In collaboration with Education Operations Sr. Manager and Education Portfolio Managers, advise Education Product Director around current and future business models pertaining to instructor and partner profit-sharing and/or compensation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential instructors, licensees, and partners in alignment with organizational goals and criteria for quality and expertise.
  • Educate prospective Education instructors and partners on relationship expectations and steer them through the contracting process, where appropriate, providing timely feedback and assistance throughout.
  • Manage the launch timeline for new ecosystem instructors and partners, fostering strong, productive relationships and ongoing engagement to support partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a streamlined onboarding process for new instructors, licensees, and partners, providing training, resources, and support to ensure alignment with educational standards and organizational mission.
  • Oversee check-ins with Education instructors and partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored support and guidance.
  • Design and oversee ongoing communications with Education instructors and licensees to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures, upholding the company’s reputation and consistency in the AMPP customer experience.
  • Develop and implement frameworks and tools for assessing instructor and partner performance, including feedback mechanisms, quality assurance processes, and improvement plans.
  • Facilitate the renewal and management of licenses and agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, performance expectations, and renewal timelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify gaps in current partner capabilities and opportunities for training, development, or strategic expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ecosystems activities, and international business practices to enhance AMPP’s Education ecosystem worldwide.
Qualifications

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Some domestic and/or occasional international travel (up to 25%) may be required to support instructor and partner onboarding, training, and relationship management efforts. Passport is required.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Educational Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or international expansion, ideally within a Continuing Education and/or Technical Training ecosystem environment.
  • Proven experience in international markets, with a track record of successful partnership recruitment and growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to create and evaluate business metrics, market conditions, and financial data to inform decisions.
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse markets and regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), AMS (Nimble) and project management software is preferred.
  • Experience with Extended Enterprise implementations of a Training Management System a plus.
